Orders & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment center.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If we are unable to ship to your location, our system will notify you at checkout.

How can I track my package?
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. You can use it on our "Track Your Order" page. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking system to update after receiving the email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast to get your order out! Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to make changes. Once packaging has started, we are unable to cancel or modify the order.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I start a return?
Email us at support@sillywearable.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you instructions and the return address.

Who pays for return shipping?
If the item is defective or incorrect, we cover return shipping. If you are returning due to a change of mind, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Funds will be returned to your original payment method.
