Refund policy

At Silly Wearable, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it right.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags attached.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for returns.
  • To start a return, contact us at support@sillywearable.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or character, please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
